Android: install server certificate to complete some Exchange/ActiveSync configurations

Some Android devices experience problems when accepting Cloudiance's SSL certificate when setting up accounts as Exchange/ActiveSync.

Solution:

You can install zMailCloud's certificate on your device by downloading and clicking on the certificate at https://yourdomain.zmailcloud.com/ (on your computer's web browser (Firefox recommended) > More Info. > Security > View Certificate > Details > Export. Once that's exported you can install our certificate on your device by plugging it into your computer & following these steps:

1.Place certificate file onto the sdcard/download folder.

2. Go to Settings -> Security & Privacy -> Install from SD Card & try setting up your Cloudiance zMailCloud account as an Exchange/ActiveSync account once more on your device.
