Microsoft Outlook on Windows: deleting the profile

 If you're experiencing issues using the Outlook client and need to recreate your profile:

  1. Ensure that your Outlook client is closed.
  2. Click the Start button and search for Control Panel.

  3. Search for Mail.

  4. Click on Mail application.
  5. A new window will open. In this window click Show Profiles....

    Click Show Profiles

  6. From the list of profiles, select the profile you would like to remove and click Remove and then click Ok

    Click Remove Then Click Ok
