Email authentication. We highly recommend establishing SPF, DKIM and DMARC records with your domain name host.
White listing organizations. While we have white-listed certain common legal partners (e.g.: the USPTO and some other governmental organizations) we recommend white-listing any of your clients, and partners' domain names for your entire organization using the advanced anti-spam and virus system (ASAV). If you provide us a list of their domain names, we're also happy to assist occasionally.
Emailboxes for secure transfer. You have the ability to add mailboxes exclusively for your customers and partners, which enables them to login securely, and upload/download documents and email through your customized web client address (yourdomain.zmailcloud.com). These mailboxes may be temporary (free when created and deleted before a billing period counted on the first of each month), or permanent (billed monthly).
Additional products/services to consider
Please consider using 2-factor authentication, which we provide free-of-additional charge. This is only available for accessing your email via the web, as mail clients (Outlook, Mac mail, etc) don't support 2-factor.
