Microsoft network: whitelisting your Cloudiance server IP address(es)

Are recipients on the Microsoft network having trouble receiving email from you?

Your recipients may have to whitelist your Cloudiance email server to receive email.

Specifically, ask them to add the server IP address to their Connection Filter Policy.

If you're not sure of your mail server IP address, please login to the Cloudiance portal to view this list of our zMailCloud and Reputation Management outbound mail server IP addresses and host names, or else open a ticket with Cloudiance support and ask us to find it for you.

Other things you can do to improve email deliverability include establishing hard-fail SPF, then DKIM and DMARC, as well as adding our Reputation Management service.
