When adding new services, please log-in to your existing account first, so you don't accidentally create a new account. In the event you do create a new account, that's ok! Let us know by opening a support case/ticket, and we can merge them for you.
Also, you may need to allow our system to "see" your computer, that is, turn off the “Hide IP Address” settings, and possibly other security settings like blocking pop-ups.
