Good morning.
There are some issues with one of our outbound mail servers, causing email rejections and delays to recipients hosted by Microsoft. We have contacted Microsoft to resolve the issue, and also have a backup plan to reroute email in the event Microsoft hasn't introduced a fix.
We plan to reroute email mid-day today if the issue hasn't been resolved by Microsoft. We will update this announcement at that time.
Please note that our status page shows all systems normal because all systems are operating normally. This is an issue with a root cause outside of our network.
