Today between about noon and 4PM (CST, GMT-5/6) there was an issue with the behavior of the Spamhaus block/black list subscription to which Cloudiance subscribes, that temporarily caused erroneous rejections of some email sent by legitimate sources to some Cloudiance customers.

Senders to those customers impacted received obvious rejection emails, leaving no doubt the email was not delivered to its intended recipient here at Cloudiance.

We do not expect the issue to recur, however, in the event it does occur again at some future date, we have additional monitoring in place to help identify, and resolve it rapidly.
