After a challenging 2020-21, we're enthused to introduce enhancements and new services for you in 2022.
Highlights to expect include these, and more:
- Higher reliability, and reliability metrics (averaging greater than 99.9%)
- Upgrades to features and functionality of the web client (Zimbra 9)
- Improved integration and functionality of Advanced Anti-spam/virus system
- Enchancements to the Billing & Support portal (self-management of domain aliases, & mailboxes, etc.)
- New integrated, optional products
- Email encryption portal: send encrypted invitations to recipients to view email securely online
- Digital loss prevention (DLP): test outbound email
- Anti-phishing service (URL rewrites): prevent users from clicking on links that will compromise their systems
- Revised KeepSafe, email archiving: retain separate, private cache of all inbound/outbound email & attachments
- Email reputation management: improve chances of legitimate email to reach recipients' inboxes, instead of their spam folders, and track metrics such as emails opened
- Exclusive Hosting: free migration to even more customizable solution (now only requires 25+ mailboxes)
Some phase of most of these highlights will be scheduled for release in Q1, 2022. More information will follow in January, 2022.
