zMailCloud customers may haven been experiencing systems performance issues, including certificate errors.

System administrators worked to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.

The issue occured because after renewing the security certification for zmailcloud, failure to deploy to some of servers was not detected until the old certificate expired. Once we replaced the old certificate with the new, service was restored. [Update 9-4-25: we're going to add certificate service to our alert server, and include all of our operational security certificates, on all systems, to prevent this issue from happening again]

Now service is restored, your certificate issues should be resolved. If you have an email application and you have lingering issues, please try quitting and restarting, or restarting your computer or device (turning it off, and back on again), in the event that doesn't help.
