On the August 1st, 2025 invoice
A system update caused an unexpected issue resulting in the accidental billing of what should be a free mailbox for domains, the wiki mailbox. If you don't already have a wiki mailbox, this announcement doesn't apply to you.
We will correct this issue prior to the automatic billing on the fifth of the month. No action is required on your part, unless you manually paid your bill.
If you have already, manually paid your bill, please notify us by emailing support@cloudiance.com, and we'll credit you for the next month.
Please do not remove the wiki mailboxes, as in some cases, this may cause issues with your account. They once were required by the system to establish shares, and while they aren't supposed to be used, they've always been there, and may have been used by you.
Also note that we'll correct the missing logo on the invoices.
