In an effort to keep your Cloudiance services secure, efficient, and bring you new products and enhanced services, we will be applying upgrades and a security patches affecting Cloudiance mail, and related services such as calendaring.

While it should be significantly shorter, there may be up to 30 minutes total of service interruption during this maintenance period. If you're not able to access services, please be patient, your mail will be queued for delivery when service resumes within half an hour.

Please note, due to some additional work required on certain systems, for some customers, newer email messages may take up to four hours to populate after the upgrade. In this case, while web mail should be immediately available afterward, it's possible you will have to restart/reboot devices (e.g.: smart phones and desk/laptops) after the maintenance window to have them begin syncing mail etc. again. While more unlikely, it's also possible you will have to turn-off, then on syncing for some devices, and in the worst case, which we don't expect, and are including here so we can collaborate/plan most effectively together, delete and recreate an account on a device to restore its functionality. Thank you for your patience while we work to continuously improve our service for you.
