As of March 1, 2023, Cloudiance will be charging an added 5% for services processed using a credit card, and PayPal.

Automated e-check/ACH, which draws directly from a bank account using a routing and account number, remains free-of-additional charge, and as a result we encourage you to switch your payment method to e-check.

We are adding the new fee to compensate for material increases in our financial processing costs as of the end of 2022.

Additionally, we will be terminating the "without desktop support" service option, and moving all customers to the standard zMailCloud service, per our pricing.

Finally, to better differentiate Exclusive Hosting from zMailCloud hosting (see the pricing link above), we are changing the days of backups for zMailCloud to a minimum of 7 days, with restores free of additional charge. Exclusive Hosting includes a minimum of 30 days of backups, with restores free of additional charge. Looking back over the years, we have seldom had requests for restores more than a week, so we expect this change not to affect many, if any of our zMailCloud customers.

We recognize you have options; and while these changes may impact your particular pricing, please note we have only raised our standard rates once in the last fifteen years. When compared to others, you'll find most substitutes have raised their rates substantially since the pandemic, and most customers find us, at least, competitive-- especially those customers that value prompt, knowledgeable, and native-English-speaking support.
