There was currently a problem logging into the advanced anti-spam and virus system, https://asav.zmailcloud.com

There is no other issue with the asav system that we've detected, and it appears to otherwise be operating normally.

Note we have raised the Bayesian spam metric, so that less, if any spam will be caught by the system.

[Update: we have left the metric raised for most customers because most have reported preferring catching less spam. If you would like your score lowered, to catch more spam, please open a support ticket.]

It may take 48 hours or longer to fix. During this time, while you cannot login, if you need to make a change to the asav system, such as to add or modify a black or white list, please open a ticket with our support team and request we make the change for you.

Background

While performing maintenance on the asav systems over this last weekend, we inadvertently caused a corruption to the login process. The asav system is operating normally, but our customers cannot log in currently to make changes and administrate their account.

Our objective is to keep Cloudiance systems, on which your email depends, reliable and secure. We regret and apologize for any inconvenience that lack of immediate access to asav may cause, and wish you a good work week.
