We experienced an issue for some customers for up to 45 minutes this morning that is now resolved. If you are still experiencing any issues, please restart (shutdown and restart) your affected devices.
The issue caused some customers not to be able to authenticate to their mailboxes.
The underlying mail systems were operational, so no mail was interrupted or lost during the time you may not have been able to connect.
For those impacted, we apologize for the delay in accessing your account this morning. Thank you for your patience.
Although we are still investigating we believe the issue was caused by a bug in our billing system, for which we had already scheduled an upgrade before the third week of June, this coming month. We do not expect the issue to recur.
