We have been receiving new tickets, and resolving more issues with Apple Mac Mail than usual, especially for customers who have recently upgraded their operating systems to Apple's Big Sur, and with customers using Mac Mail with large mailboxes (over 20GB). These issues are not unique to Cloudiance's zMailCloud, they seem to be affecting some users of Apple Mac Mail globally, regardless of service provider.
